About GetFFMI
GetFFMI was created to make Fat-Free Mass Index easier to calculate and easier to understand. The goal is not to turn one number into a judgment, but to give lifters a clearer way to think about lean mass, height, body fat estimates, and realistic progress.
The site focuses on practical body composition tools, plain-English explanations, and careful interpretation. FFMI can be useful, but it should always be read alongside body fat accuracy, strength progress, training history, and common sense.
What GetFFMI Tries to Do
